Overview

 


CabFit Solutions products are custom manufactured to order.
All custom and made-to-order products are considered final sale once production has begun.
Because each cabinet door and component is made specifically to the customer’s selected size and specifications, our return policy is limited to defective or damaged items only.

 


 

 

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

 


We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

 


Once reviewed and approved, we will:

 

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund, at our discretion

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

 

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Changes of mind

  • Color, grain, or natural wood variation preferences

  • Installation errors

  • Normal wood characteristics (including grain variation, color variation, or minor movement)

All custom and made-to-order products are considered final sale once production has begun.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer exchanges.

Approved defective or damaged items will be handled through repair or replacement, as outlined above.

 


 

 

Shipping Costs

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is confirmed defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping error.
